Your food log, macro targets, weight entries, and workout history are stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to a server. Nothing requires a login to access. You own your data entirely.

Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored locally on your device using browser storage. It is not sent to any server or cloud service. If you clear your browser data, your Forge AI data will be cleared too — so treat it like a local app.
Is it really free with no account?
Yes. Forge AI is free to try during beta and does not require an account. Optional premium features may be added later.
What if I switch phones?
Since data is stored locally, switching devices means starting fresh. An optional data export is available in the Profile tab so you can back up your logs.
